PMS is our USP. Under this option, you assign a set portfolio of your clients for us to do all the backoffice work for you. With this option you can relax, knowing that a significant portion of your workload is being expertly managed for you.

Pay-as-you-go model

With our Pay-as-you-go model, you have the freedom to scale your workload according to your business demands. Ideal for fluctuating workloads, you only pay for what you use, with invoices sent conveniently at month-end. Enjoy peace of mind knowing there are no long-term commitments, giving you flexibility as your business evolves.

Dedicated resource (FTE) model

Choosing this option gives you a dedicated professional to work exclusively with your accountancy practice. They get to know you and how you work, your clients and their requirements; they are your full time dedicated team member working exclusively for you.

Our India staff uses secure remote desktop software solutions such as GoToMyPC, Citrix, or VPN to log in and access your files on the system, and to complete the work. Contact us if you need any support setting up hosted desktops.

Preliminary discussion

We kickstart our working relationship by discussing your business requirements, reason for outsourcing, and what you hope to achieve with our support.

SLAs Setup

Once the first round of discussions are over, the next step for the VT Advisor team is to understand your document operating procedures. That helps us in setting the right SLAs.

Contract agreement

If you are happy with the SLAs set by us, we then officiate things by signing an agreement that includes the deadlines of the project, data protection clauses, team members involved, etc.

Weekly meetings

We also take this time out to hear your grievances and improve our processes accordingly. It also gives us an opportunity to check you are satisfied with our work and to make any adjustments accordingly.

Service commencement

After the formalities are over and paperwork has been signed and sorted, we take over your pre-decided functions and begin work.
